More control on discounts
Have ability to control discounts by product. I may want to offer a percent discount on a room, but not have that same discount apply to food. Or I may want to allow 100% discount on a basic room reservation, but not allow that same discount on a full party. We allow certain groups to reserve rooms for free, but currently they could use that same code to book a party, which would be very expensive for us.

Saving Payment Information
I'd love it if there was a way we could save a customers payment information to the system so when they add on food, drink etc at a later date than when booking we can easily take care of it rather than calling the customers or having them pay on the day. Many customers at our facility will reserve a time, then want to add on closer to the party when they have a better idea of attendance.

Different Party Templates
When sending out the invoices with all the "rules" and information it would be nice if you could select on specific templates to send with it. I book banquets that want to see proof of their payment and I want to send them terms but their terms are different than generic parties. It is hard to adjust information for each individual banquet.

Add "acceptance" of Policies to event order details
When a guest books a party online, they come across the "policy" section. We have a policy about "non-refundable deposits". They must accept this policy before moving on with the booking. It would be nice if "proof" of acceptance of this policy would be included in the event order somehow. So many guests said "I never read that when booking online" as most just click through things fast. The way it is now, we have NO proof that they even selected that option online because there is no record of them doing it. Not even the "activity log" shows that they have accepted the policy.

Guest list on birthday party for waivers
It’s hard keeping track of everyone in the party and if they filled out a waiver or not. I’d be helpful for there to be a guest list that shows if every individual guest filled out a waiver on each reservation.

Allow host parent to submit/upload guest list for auto-match against existing waiver database
Provide host parents with a link where they could upload their guest list, in a standard format, to see who's missing a waiver. Or produce a positive result of who has signed a waiver. I don't think it's a privacy issue as host parents find out who's missing a waiver at the venue anyway. From a business perspective, my parties start on time and avoid confusion & scrambling in the lobby if I take the time to manually check a host mom's waiver list ahead of time. It's a time sink for me on Thursday but if it gets everyone to show up with a signed waiver it more than makes up for it at the start of the party on Sat/Sun. Customer Satisfaction: when most of the guests arrive w/o signed waiver it delays the start of the party which, through no fault of the venue, annoys the host parent and starts party w/ negative value perception. Legal: with people coming & going for multiple party rooms at different start times, it's too easy for someone to walk in without having their waiver status confirmed.

Restrictions on Coupons/Discounts
We want to be able to offer discounts for specific products that can not be applied to others. For example, if I want to give 5% off open play, I definitely don't want someone to be able to apply that to a party booking. It would allow for us to run more promotions and specials

Ability to edit Error text
When a customer gets the message that they have too many guests for the party, give us the ability to add on to that message. Instead of just, "Guest Count must not exceed 30," I would like to be able to add, “For larger guest counts, please call the store at (xxx) xxx-xxxx for combined-room options."

Don't have guests pick a time before seeing what times are available
Instead of having guests pick a date then time, have them pick a day and then show them what times are available

Cancellation Email
Currently we can phone customers when their party is cancelled. Having a toggle-able automatic cancellation email would expedite our process whille creating a record of all our communications with customers! Currently we can re-write the invoice message and resend the invoice, but that creates a point where staff members could make a mistake.

See balance due on main schedule & make schedule page customizable
Would love to be able to quickly look down the schedule page and see remaining balances due (perhaps right next to the 'price' column?) without having to open each order individually. Would also love to be able to hide certain columns of the schedule page that we do not use (checklist/host) -- I know these items have a purpose, but we do not use them in our workflow and would love to be able to hide them to clean up the screen a bit.

Have the Guest of Honor and the Host on the receipt
We we send out the receipt to the customer, the customer takes the receipt to the front desk to pay. The only thing tying the receipt to the customer is the order number. So we have to look at the order number then search thru our active orders to find in PCS.

Cancelled email
Right now when a customer’s reservation times out without payment or being completed without a deposit, an email is sent to us saying that the customer did not complete their booking. It would be nice for an automatic email to be sent to them saying “We noticed that you started, but did not complete your online reservation. Is there anything we can help you with? “ We’ve had several customers that thought their reservation went through and without us following up, they would’ve shown up without a room or activity available.

E-Signature After Party Payment Option
We currently have customers sign a paper recipt after their transation when paying for a party. Having the option to sign on a tablet or phone would be super quick and helpful!
