Would love to be able to quickly look down the schedule page and see remaining balances due (perhaps right next to the 'price' column?) without having to open each order individually. Would also love to be able to hide certain columns of the schedule page that we do not use (checklist/host) -- I know these items have a purpose, but we do not use them in our workflow and would love to be able to hide them to clean up the screen a bit.

Add support for: Entitlements (usage-based benefits) Define benefits members receive automatically (e.g., 1 free game, 10% off food, 1 free drink per visit). Track redemptions per member and reset monthly or per billing cycle. Display entitlements at POS for quick validation and redemption by staff. Spending-Based Rewards (loyalty-style) Automatically track guest spending by membership profile. Award points or credits based on total spend (e.g., 1 point per $1 spent). Allow automatic rewards once thresholds are reached (e.g., 100 points = $5 game card). Option to apply multipliers or tiered rewards for higher membership levels. Usage Dashboard & Reporting Show member history: visits, redemptions, and total lifetime spend. Include filters for active members, rewards earned, and benefits used.

We are all waiting WAY TOO LONG for bug repairs and improvements. We pay a lot for this service and things move slower than the government!

Allow more than 1 discount to be used and have control on what it applies to

it would be great to be able to put a semicolon ; just like you separate email addresses and separate different UPC numbers that are all the same product, same price, and same description so you only enter ONE item, multiple UPC, and doesn't bog down the POS screen with 100 of the same item as separate items! one item on POS with one photo but can be clicked or scanned easier that way and entered faster!

I'd love it if there was a way we could save a customers payment information to the system so when they add on food, drink etc at a later date than when booking we can easily take care of it rather than calling the customers or having them pay on the day. Many customers at our facility will reserve a time, then want to add on closer to the party when they have a better idea of attendance.

Currently we can phone customers when their party is cancelled. Having a toggle-able automatic cancellation email would expedite our process whille creating a record of all our communications with customers! Currently we can re-write the invoice message and resend the invoice, but that creates a point where staff members could make a mistake.

Please have the option to add a credit card processing fee.

When sending out the invoices with all the "rules" and information it would be nice if you could select on specific templates to send with it. I book banquets that want to see proof of their payment and I want to send them terms but their terms are different than generic parties. It is hard to adjust information for each individual banquet.

Have ability to control discounts by product. I may want to offer a percent discount on a room, but not have that same discount apply to food. Or I may want to allow 100% discount on a basic room reservation, but not allow that same discount on a full party. We allow certain groups to reserve rooms for free, but currently they could use that same code to book a party, which would be very expensive for us.

It’s hard keeping track of everyone in the party and if they filled out a waiver or not. I’d be helpful for there to be a guest list that shows if every individual guest filled out a waiver on each reservation.

This will help labeling customers and placing few categories to alert the staff (such as VIPs, had bad experience, blacklisted, employee)

WE NEED A WAY TO KEEP INVENTORY SO WE KNOW WHEN TO ORDER.

Every place I walk into does this, so why can't we?? This should have been implemented already.

We we send out the receipt to the customer, the customer takes the receipt to the front desk to pay. The only thing tying the receipt to the customer is the order number. So we have to look at the order number then search thru our active orders to find in PCS.
