    Instead of having guests pick a date then time, have them pick a day and then show them what times are available

  2. Saving Payment Information

    I'd love it if there was a way we could save a customers payment information to the system so when they add on food, drink etc at a later date than when booking we can easily take care of it rather than calling the customers or having them pay on the day. Many customers at our facility will reserve a time, then want to add on closer to the party when they have a better idea of attendance.

    As a platform that deals with parties, how is there no way to send a mass email to our customers? This needs to be added asap

  5. Open Dollar Discount

    Currently, the discount feature only allows us to apply either a percentage or a flat dollar amount across all parties. However, there are times we need to apply a discount specific to one party only. It would be extremely helpful to have the option to enter a custom dollar amount discount for individual parties, allowing us to apply the exact discount needed without affecting others.

  6. End time instead of Party Length

    When adding a one-time schedule it says "Start time" and then "Party Length". We then have to put in the length of the party in minutes. Is there a way to just do "End Time" so we can just put it in the same way we do start time?

  7. See balance due on main schedule & make schedule page customizable

    Would love to be able to quickly look down the schedule page and see remaining balances due (perhaps right next to the 'price' column?) without having to open each order individually. Would also love to be able to hide certain columns of the schedule page that we do not use (checklist/host) -- I know these items have a purpose, but we do not use them in our workflow and would love to be able to hide them to clean up the screen a bit.

  8. Cancellation Email

    Currently we can phone customers when their party is cancelled. Having a toggle-able automatic cancellation email would expedite our process whille creating a record of all our communications with customers! Currently we can re-write the invoice message and resend the invoice, but that creates a point where staff members could make a mistake.

  9. Different Party Templates

    When sending out the invoices with all the "rules" and information it would be nice if you could select on specific templates to send with it. I book banquets that want to see proof of their payment and I want to send them terms but their terms are different than generic parties. It is hard to adjust information for each individual banquet.

  11. Add "acceptance" of Policies to event order details

    When a guest books a party online, they come across the "policy" section. We have a policy about "non-refundable deposits". They must accept this policy before moving on with the booking. It would be nice if "proof" of acceptance of this policy would be included in the event order somehow. So many guests said "I never read that when booking online" as most just click through things fast. The way it is now, we have NO proof that they even selected that option online because there is no record of them doing it. Not even the "activity log" shows that they have accepted the policy.

  12. Guest list on birthday party for waivers

    It’s hard keeping track of everyone in the party and if they filled out a waiver or not. I’d be helpful for there to be a guest list that shows if every individual guest filled out a waiver on each reservation.

  13. Guest of Honor Name on Order Page!

    Let's say little Johnny has a bday party and his mom Sarah booked the party. 90% of the time when a guest arrives to the party, they will give us little Johnny's name; not Sarah's name. But yet PCS requires us to remember if a guest arrives for little Johnny's party, that is Sarah's party in PCS. We have to make the connection that if someone is here for Johnny's party, its actually Sarah's party reservation. We can hover over the little red number 1 on the order page but if you have 15 parties for that day, it is unrealistic and time wasting. Would be a lot easier to have little Johnny's name listed on the order page also.

  14. Have the Guest of Honor and the Host on the receipt

    We we send out the receipt to the customer, the customer takes the receipt to the front desk to pay. The only thing tying the receipt to the customer is the order number. So we have to look at the order number then search thru our active orders to find in PCS.

  15. More control on discounts

    Have ability to control discounts by product. I may want to offer a percent discount on a room, but not have that same discount apply to food. Or I may want to allow 100% discount on a basic room reservation, but not allow that same discount on a full party. We allow certain groups to reserve rooms for free, but currently they could use that same code to book a party, which would be very expensive for us.
